SourceWith over 7,000 islands in the country, the Philippine archipelago offers unlimited opportunities for underwater exploration.

It is recommended that you are an Advanced Diver with a Deep speciality in order to fully enjoy all the dives, however some dives are appropriate for Open Water Course divers.

Philippines is located at the tip of The Coral Triangle, the global centre of marine biodiversity, houses 75% of all known coral species and 40% of the world’s reef fish species. Apart from the Philippines, the region includes Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Timor Leste, and the Solomon Islands.

The dives will be broken up into boat entry dives and shore entry dives. The boat dives will be done at a different site each day and depend on the conditions that day. There are over 30 dive sites to choose from. Nitrox is available for those who would like to maximise their diving each day.

SourceSome dive spots can be reached by taking a bangka, a local boat typically made of marine plywood. In most cases, it has two outriggers made of bamboo. Bangka is commonly used for fishing, public transportation, and recreational purposes such as island hopping, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
